Client Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from Webo Creators, the client agrees to all project terms, payment conditions, timelines, and policies stated on our website, quotations, invoices, proposals, or written communications.

Project Scope & Revisions

All projects are completed according to the agreed scope of work. Any additional features, modifications, integrations, content creation, redesign requests, or changes outside the approved scope may require additional charges and revised timelines.

Unlimited revisions do not include complete redesigns, new project requirements, or changes that differ significantly from the originally approved concept.

Payment Policy

All deposits, booking fees, advance payments, milestone payments, and setup fees are strictly non-refundable.

Work begins only after receiving the agreed payment. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in temporary suspension, restricted access, delayed delivery, or permanent termination of services.

If 90% or more of the project payment has not been completed, Webo Creators reserves the right to suspend, disable, remove, restrict, or withhold access to websites, applications, hosting accounts, marketing campaigns, digital assets, software systems, source files, and related services until outstanding balances are cleared.

Refund Policy

Due to the time, labor, planning, consulting, design, development, hosting, advertising, and technical resources invested in every project, all payments made to Webo Creators are non-refundable.

Refund requests based on personal preference changes, business closure, lack of communication, project delays caused by the client, or changes in business strategy shall not qualify for refunds.

Any refund consideration, if granted, shall remain solely at the discretion of Webo Creators and does not create any future obligation.

Project Delays

Project timelines depend upon timely communication and content submission by the client. Delays caused by missing content, approvals, feedback, account access, or required information from the client may extend delivery timelines without penalty to Webo Creators.

Client Responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, documents, login credentials, licenses, permissions, and approvals required for project completion.

Webo Creators shall not be held responsible for losses resulting from incorrect information, unauthorized materials, copyright violations, trademark disputes, or content supplied by the client.

Website, Hosting & Domain Services

Domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, third-party subscriptions, plugins, themes, APIs, cloud services, and software licenses are subject to the terms and availability of their respective providers.

Webo Creators is not liable for outages, downtime, service interruptions, pricing changes, account suspensions, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.

Marketing & SEO Disclaimer

Digital marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, social media marketing, and related services involve many factors outside our control. Therefore, Webo Creators cannot guarantee rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads, conversions, revenue, business growth, or specific performance outcomes.

Intellectual Property

All designs, source files, code, software, graphics, marketing materials, content, branding assets, and project deliverables remain the property of Webo Creators until full payment has been received.

Ownership rights are transferred only after complete settlement of all outstanding invoices.

Account Suspension & Termination

Webo Creators reserves the right to suspend, restrict, terminate, or refuse services in cases involving non-payment, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, policy violations, illegal activities, harassment, misuse of services, or breach of agreement.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, false dispute, or unauthorized payment claim may result in immediate suspension of all active services, websites, applications, accounts, files, and deliverables without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Webo Creators be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, business, financial, reputational, or data-related damages arising from the use of our services, products, software, websites, applications, hosting, advertising campaigns, or digital solutions.

The maximum liability of Webo Creators, if any, shall never exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Privacy & Data Handling

We respect client privacy and use information only for providing requested services, communication, billing, project management, support, and business operations.

While industry-standard security measures are implemented, no digital system can guarantee complete protection from cyber threats, unauthorized access, or data breaches.

Policy Updates

Webo Creators reserves the right to update, modify, amend, or replace these policies at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
